The meter measure vibration acceleration, velocity and displacement with a required frequency weighting. The instrumentation used shall be designed to operate satisfactorily in the environment for which it is to be used, for example, with respect to temperature and humidity. Specification for instruments for measuring vibration severity is given in ISO 2954 and instruments for measuring shaft vibration are specified in ISO 10817-1.

SVAN 958A – Four Channel Sound & Vibration Meter

The standard kit includes SVAN 958A 4-channel sound & vibration level meter with an USB cable, set of 4x AA batteries, SC 61 TNC/BNC adapter and the user manual on a pendrive disk. Each SVAN 958A has its factory calibration certificate and a 36-MONTH WARRANTY upon product registration. The standard kit also includes license for PC software.
