The SV 803, a new wireless vibration monitor from Svantek, represents the cutting edge of high-technology monitoring devices. Automatic Monitoring Services and the New SV 803 Vibration Monitor

Automatic Monitoring Services (AMS) are offered by Svantek's SvanNET platform for monitoring noise, vibration, and dust. The new SV 803 vibration monitor uses a 4G modem to send data from the sensor to the SvanNET without using wires. Within the scope of AMS, the SvanNET gives the vibration data in the form of reports that are ready to print and meet international building and ground vibration standards like ISO or DIN. Also, the monitoring system is set up so that alarms can come from both the SvanNET and the SV 803 vibration monitor to make sure it is reliable.

With its advanced firmware, the SV 803 wireless vibration monitor can measure vibration velocity in line with DIN 4150-3 and BS 7385-2 standards, using the Peak Particle Velocity and Dominant Frequency method, which is based on fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis. The device can analyze vibration events on its own and send SMS and email alerts directly from the onboard modem if an alarm goes off. This reduces the chance of transmission delays or missed alarms.
