PC Software for Health and Safety Supervisor

Supervisor is PC software for safety professionals conducting occupational noise and vibration assessments. It supports Svantek instruments, manages data, and automates reporting in line with ISO 9612, ISO 5349, and ISO 2631. The software configures devices, downloads measurements, and calculates exposure results such as TWA, DOSE, A(8), and VDV. It also supports hearing protection selection and “what-if” simulations for noise control. Designed for both new and expert users, Supervisor enables fast compliance checks and detailed analysis, with reports ready for ISO, OSHA, and EU regulations.

Supervisor Lite

Simplified interface for occupational noise and vibration

Supervisor Lite offers an intuitive interface ideal for new users, while allowing experienced professionals to switch seamlessly to advanced mode. It simplifies access to key functions without compromising control. The built-in Validation Tool ensures data accuracy by removing invalid entries caused by shocks or improper dosimeter use, supporting fast, reliable reporting in line with occupational health standards.

Noise exposure

Supervisor estimates daily noise dose and TWA

The Noise Exposure panel calculates daily noise levels from Leq data in line with ISO 9612. The Noise Dose panel uses LAV to estimate dose and TWA following OSHA HC and PEL standards. Results are shown for total exposure time, an 8-hour workday, and a user-defined duration.

Hearing protection selection

Supervisor supports SNR, HML, and 1/1 Octave methods

The software automatically calculates required attenuation after selecting noise data, helping users choose the right protectors. By supporting all three methods—SNR, HML, and Octave Band Analysis—Supervisor ensures accurate selection based on workplace noise conditions.

Hand-Arm Vibration Exposure

Supervisor calculates A(8) daily vibration exposure

The software simplifies configuration through predefined settings and auto-categorisation of measurement files. It enables fast reporting, group analysis across tasks, and automated filtering of time-history data based on contact force thresholds, making it ideal for monitoring daily exposure in line with ISO 5349-2.

Whole-Body Vibration Exposure

The software supports SV 100A and SV 106A devices, offering easy configuration, grouped data handling, and multi-file A(8) analysis. A built-in report template streamlines reporting for both new and experienced users.

The software automatically detects connected dosimeters and guides users through predefined setup configurations, including six ready-to-use profiles such as OSHA HC, MSHA PEL, and ACGIH. This enables fast and accurate deployment of measurement protocols for workplace noise monitoring.

Daily vibration exposure analysis compliant with ISO 5349-2

Supervisor streamlines hand-arm vibration assessments by enabling quick configuration of dosimeters using predefined settings. After data download, automatic file grouping and vibration-specific filters simplify navigation. A(8) exposure can be calculated across multiple tasks, with support for time history filtering such as identifying periods with low contact force.

Whole-Body Vibration
