SvanNET Monitoring Service provides fully automated management of multi-point noise, vibration, and dust monitoring. The service operates on Microsoft Azure’s cloud platform and supports a variety of features for unattended monitoring, data security, and reporting.
Svantek users can access SvanNET through various types of networks, like GSM, WLAN, and LAN. The system also allows for remote configuration of measurement settings and provides status logs and alarms for device monitoring. Multiple levels of security (MLS) enable data sharing among different user accounts, categorized into administrator, manager, and user levels.
Automatic Monitoring Services (AMS) cover aspects such as threshold alarms, status reports, remote connection and measurement runs, device memory management, and data file downloads. The service allows for the creation of customizable public or restricted-access websites to display monitoring data, as well as the use of What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) report templates for generating printable reports. Email and SMS alarms based on level thresholds can be configured, and an array of subscription options are available depending on the number of monitoring points needed.

Wireless vibration monitoring
Wireless Vibration Monitoring in SvanNET Automatic Monitoring Services offers a specialized user interface focused on vibration analysis methods, particularly those based on Peak Particle Velocity (PPV) and Dominant Frequency. The results are showcased through PPV time history and an Event List, allowing for a detailed understanding of vibration patterns over time. The service goes further by offering tools that facilitate the comparison of vibration velocity measurements with established reference curves as per standards like DIN 4150-3 or BS 7385-2. These standards employ PPV and Dominant Frequency methods to gauge vibration levels. In addition to this, users can generate reports featuring waveforms and FFT spectrums for each vibration event that has a recorded PPV value and its dominant frequency. SvanNET also has the capability to display the PPV time history data from multiple points on a map, providing a spatial context to the vibration monitoring effort. This comprehensive approach ensures that users not only collect but also effectively interpret vibration data.
