Ensuring Safe and Compliant Noise Levels at the Race Track
Motorsport events bring excitement and adrenaline — but also extreme noise levels often exceeding 130–140 dB, similar to a jet engine at takeoff. While thrilling for fans, these noise levels raise concerns for hearing safety, community well-being, and regulatory compliance. At Tor Poznań, Automobilklub Wielkopolski proactively sought an advanced monitoring solution to ensure safety, maintain transparency, and build trust with local stakeholders.
The monitoring project was led by Automobilklub Wielkopolski, a respected motorsport organization in Poland. With decades of experience in event organization, the club took responsibility for implementing professional, continuous noise monitoring to ensure compliance and maintain good relations with the surrounding community.
