Il SVAN 974 è un analizzatore di vibrazioni compatto e versatile, progettato per la diagnostica delle macchine industriali e la manutenzione predittiva. Pensato per ispezioni mobili in ambienti difficili, è dotato di un display OLED ad alto contrasto, un alloggiamento in alluminio robusto e supporta diversi tipi di sensori, inclusi IEPE, a carica e a ingresso diretto. Con fino a tre profili di vibrazione paralleli, gli ingegneri possono definire filtri e impostazioni dei rilevatori specifici per diversi macchinari o tipi di guasti.

Lo strumento è ideale per macchinari sia stazionari che rotanti, offrendo strumenti avanzati come FFT in tempo reale, registrazione dei segnali nel dominio del tempo e sincronizzazione RPM opzionale. La memoria microSD integrata e la connettività USB facilitano la gestione dei dati, mentre la compatibilità con il software SvanPC++ consente analisi dettagliate delle forme d’onda e la generazione di report. Il SVAN 974 garantisce efficienza, ripetibilità e chiarezza in ogni fase del monitoraggio delle vibrazioni, sia in produzione che in laboratorio R&D.

Gli ultimi tre - spostamento, velocità e accelerazione - sono misurazioni nel dominio del tempo, il che significa che le loro ampiezze sono tracciate rispetto al tempo. ISO 20816-1 fornisce linee guida principalmente per il monitoraggio operativo e i test di accettazione che forniscono limiti per le tre grandezze primarie di vibrazione: spostamento, velocità e accelerazione.
