SVAN 955
Single Range Sound Level Meter

SVAN 955 is a digital, Type 1 sound level meter. Instrument is intended to general acoustic measurements, environmental noise monitoring, occupational health and safety monitoring.

Three acoustic profiles allow parallel measurements with independently defined filters and RMS detector time constants. Each profile provides significant number of results (like Leq, LMax, LMin, LPeak, Spl, SEL etc.).

The advanced time history logging for each profile provides the complete information about measured signal. This information can be stored either in a non-volatile 16 MB internal memory or external USB Memory Stick and can be easy downloaded to any PC using USB, RS 232 or IrDA interfaces and SvanPC+ software.  

  

 

 SVAN 955 ORDERING INFORMATION

The acoustic dosimeter function is available with the SV 25_2 dedicated microphone.
Fast USB 1.1 interface (12 MHz) creates a real-time link for the PC “front-end” application of the SVAN 955 instrument. The instrument can be controlled using all available wire interfaces like also wirelessly by dedicated GPRS modem.

Instrument is powered from four AA standard or rechargeable NiMH batteries (separate charger is required). The powering of the instrument from the External DC power source or USB interface is also provided. The robust case together with a light weight design accomplish the exceptional features of this new generation instrument.
