The SVAN 945A is all digital, Type 1 sound meter along with analyser. Instrument is intended to general acoustic measurements, environmental noise monitoring, occupational health and safety monitoring.
Three acoustic profiles allow parallel measurements with independently defined filters and RMS detector time constants. Each profile provides significant number of results (Leq, LMax, LMin , LPeak, SPL, SEL, Lden, LEPd etc.). Advanced time history logging for each profile provides complete information about measured signal in non-volatile 8 MB (or 48 MB option) internal memory and can be easy downloaded to any PC using USB 1.1 interface and SvanPC software.

|
Using computational power of its digital signal processor the SVAN 945A can perform real time 1/1 & 1/3 octave analysis with time history, Min & Max spectra's and including statistical calculations; real time FFT analysis with spectra's logging and selectable lines number up to 1920; reverberation time RT 60; Tonality; Loudness and acoustic dose meter (options).
Fast USB 1.1 interface (12 MHz) creates real time link for the SVAN 945A as a PC "front-end" application.
Measurement results can be stored in large 8 MB or 48 MB (option), non-volatile memory and easy downloaded to any PC using SvanPC software.
Thanks to built in rechargeable batteries and robust, lightweight design the SVAN 945A can be used in hard environmental conditions over the whole work day.
